Because production or material delays can occur on their end, we cannot 100% guarantee the exact arrival date. Pre-ordered items may arrive later than expected. We will update the product page with any ETA changes.

Short Shipments: If a manufacturer short-ships our inventory, we fulfill pre-orders on a first-come, first-served basis. If we cannot fulfill your pre-order due to manufacturer cancellations, we will issue a full refund. We do not offer additional compensation for unfilled pre-orders.

Order Modifications: You may change or cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships by contacting our support team.

Combined Shipping: If you mix pre-order items and in-stock items in a single cart, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item arrives. For faster delivery of available items, we highly recommend placing separate orders.
3. Order Accuracy and Cancellation
Pricing and Inventory Errors: While we strive for perfect accuracy, occasional errors may occur. If an i Vapes Store product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with inaccurate stock levels, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. Due to high demand or supply constraints, we may also limit the quantity of products available for purchase per customer.
Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to our customer support team immediately with your order number and account email.

Once an order is boxed and awaiting collection by the shipping carrier, it cannot be canceled or modified.
4. Shipping and Handling
Processing Times: We strive to dispatch most orders within 48 business hours, with processing priority given to customers utilizing expedited shipping options. Delivery times are calculated based on working days (Monday through Friday) and exclude major holidays.
Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the delivery address once an order has shipped.

If an order is returned to our facility due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will issue a refund for the merchandise cost minus any shipping charges, provided the items are in undamaged, resalable condition.
Lost or Missing Packages: All orders marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered. i Vapes Store is not liable for theft or non-delivery in these instances. Any claims of non-receipt for packages stuck in transit must be reported to us within 3 months of the shipping date.

When ordering from i Vapes Store for delivery outside of the United States, you act as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of your destination country.
