• Short Shipments: If a manufacturer short-ships our inventory, we fulfill pre-orders on a first-come, first-served basis. If we cannot fulfill your pre-order due to manufacturer cancellations, we will issue a full refund. We do not offer additional compensation for unfilled pre-orders.

• Order Modifications: You may change or cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships by contacting our support team.

• Combined Shipping: If you mix pre-order items and in-stock items in a single cart, your entire order will be held until the pre-order item arrives. For faster delivery of available items, we highly recommend placing separate orders.

3. Order Accuracy and Cancellation

Pricing and Inventory Errors: While we strive for perfect accuracy, occasional errors may occur.
