Order Processing Timelines
- In-Stock Orders: Dispatched within 48 business hours. Estimated delivery time is based on your chosen shipping method.
- Pre-Orders & Restocking: Please allow 10-30 working days to procure and ship pre-ordered or out-of-stock items.

Delivery Area & State Regulations
Due to frequently changing state laws and shipping policies, there are certain areas where we cannot ship specific products. If your order contains restricted items, we will contact you to issue a refund for those items, and the remainder of your package will process normally.
- Complete Vape Sales Ban: We cannot ship any vape products to Utah, Vermont, or New York.
- Flavored Tobacco Sales Ban: We cannot ship flavored tobacco/vape products to California, Massachusetts, New York, or Washington D.C.
Shipping Protection Policy
Our Shipping Protection covers lost, stolen, and damaged items that meet the following criteria. Please review the policies below to understand your coverage:
1. Packages Presumed Lost
Covered if the tracking status is not marked "delivered" and there has been no tracking update for 7 days (for US domestic shipments), or if the tracking status reads "Undelivered" or "Alert."
2. Partial Deliveries
Covered if you ordered multiple items in one package but only part of the order arrived (with no evidence of mail tampering), or if a single order was split into multiple packages and one package failed to arrive.
3. Delivered but Missing (Stolen)
If tracking shows your package was "delivered" but you cannot locate it, it is considered stolen. You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp to file a claim.
4. Delivered to Wrong Address
Covered if you input the correct address at checkout, but the carrier delivered the package to the incorrect address.
5. Damaged Upon Arrival
Claims for damaged orders must be filed within 48 hours of the delivery date. An item is considered damaged if it is unusable, completely fractured, shattered, severely bent (if not designed to bend), or crushed.
